E.J. Montgomery is a nationally known artist and a pioneering black female artists.  She has produced art in a number of mediums including clay and lithographs.  She has had group and individual exhibits.  She was a frequent attendee at art events in Washington and a significant part of the art community.  This particular piece was obtained in 1998 at the home of Januwa Moja and Uzikee Nelson, also artists, who did an auction for Attiya Melton, a ceramic artists.

Dimensions: 6×5.   I would suggest reframing.
