Zawadi is thrilled to partner with Alchemy Skincare to offer their line of soaps, butters, and natural beauty products. We met Alchemy’s creator, Samantha Wood, the old fashioned way: Our Brand Manager Faraji Whalen partied with her when she lived in Maryland. Although she’s since moved to Oakland, we’ve followed closely as her brand took off on social media, and we were intrigued by the glowing reviews from her customers. We wanted to find out more about the products so we asked Sam herself and tis is what she told us:
“My company actually started a few years ago to fill the void for an affordable, trustworthy products as an alternative to commercial products that causes allergies/sensitivities with myself and my family. Simply put, we needed something we could use without going broke or ending up at the doctors.
Everything in our products is all natural and food grade. Essentially we are sourcing sustainable, cruelty free ingredients for whole body care. It’s a need and a passion and we’re super happy to provide alternative to harsh products/ingredients found commercially.”
