Description

Etched heavy crystal bowl with the chi ware mask  of  Mali’s Bamana people. The chi wara are danced as a pair (Male and female) and are an important part of the Bamana creation story.  They are believed to have descended to teach the people agriculture and are danced during the planting and harvesting season.

Food safe.  Do not place in microwave.
